TOPIC 1: FITNESS AND HABITS

INTRODUCTION

 Hi little flowers, welcome to my article, in this article I will tell you how I trained myself through my eating and exercise habits.

EXERCISE HABITS

 I won't tell you what a great body I have. To have a good body, yes you heard right, to have a good body I play basketball and do some exercises at home.


 And for an introvert like me, going out to exercise and play with others is quite rare, and that's also the reason why I rarely exercise. And on my rare workout sessions, of course, it's just me, and I'll motivate myself by listening to music and in those times I'll usually exercise for two hours. And after each practice, I feel like I can fight dinosaurs.


EATING HABITS

In each of my meals, I will try to add more fruits and vegetables (a lot for me but little compared to others). Adding vegetables to my meals will help me get more fiber, helping me get all the necessary nutrients and vitamins. It is very good for health


 

 As for fast food, I don't appreciate fast food. Fast food can help you refuel quickly and keep you from going hungry if you don't have much time to cook at home. For me, I will try to limit them as much as possible because they contain a lot of fat and some substances that are not good for health if eaten in large quantities.
